Seena A. Pidani is a trial attorney who handles handles criminal cases in district court as well as in superior court.  He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Attorney Pidani is a Second Amendment advocate who takes pride in protecting the right of law abiding citizens to keep and bear arms.  He recognizes the difficulty that Massachusetts residents face when applying for the firearms license.  This is why he remains committed to helping them navigate the licensing process.

Experience working with judges

Attorney Pidani’s courtroom experience is not limited to his role as a criminal defense attorney.  Prior to representing criminal defendants, Attorney Pidani worked extensively with district and superior court Justices on trials, hearings, and motions sessions. These experiences provide Attorney Pidani with a unique perspective when advocating for his clients.

Commitment to Indigent Defense

Attorney Pidani strongly believes that every attorney has an obligation to make a meaningful contribution to his or her community.  This is why he continues to represent criminal defendants who cannot afford to hire a private attorney.  As a Bar Advocate for the Suffolk Lawyers for Justice, Attorney Pidani is able to represent indigent defendants from their arraignment, all the way through trial.
